Testing commenting ...
ReplyDeleteNow I paged back clicked reply to the orignial test entry of Andrew's
DeleteThis is a test using "Comment as: Google Account.
ReplyDeleteIn the above example, when I hit "Publish" I was taken to a blogger signon screen. Used my id/password. Then recieved "Continue to blogger". Was then returned here, and prompted to enter a security code (the kind with the squilly letters)
DeleteI did that hit publish and my blog entry appeared
Wehn typing in the entry directly above. I was again asked to type in a password to "Prove you are not a Robot".
DeleteWonder if I'm going to have to do that everytime I make a blog entry.
When selecting a blog profile.
ReplyDeleteYou must first create a userid with that service.
I have a google account and when I click publish I am sent to the blogger
signon screen https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=blogger&hl=en&continue=http://www.blogger.com/comment-iframe.do?loginRedirect%3D__DBy0EBAAA.URznfNP9QIhyB0EV6okqtHbGNyqse9zKLNtBO7Pq_Sw.IsIMkRcR9xeB9OKRGl5fFQ<mpl=start&passive=86400#s01
Then I must enter my google userid and password. It will then redirect me to this blog entry, as my to type in the security phase to prove "I am not a robot" Then the blog entry will be published
For example if you select profile "LiveJournal" You will be prompted for a Userid Password.
To do that you must go to http://www.livejournal.com/ and create a account. Otherwise you will not be able to publish your blog entry.
All of the profiles require you to be a member of the service you have created an account with. For example If you want to use "typepad" you must go to http://www.typepad.com/ and create an account.
All the profiles require you to have an account (userid/password), you will be prompted to enter befor publishing your blog. I don't know if the other services require the "Prove you are not a robot", but my gut instinct is they don't. I only have a google account and have not created accounts with the other services..
I already have a Google Account
Ok here is the test to see if the "Prove you are not a robot" switch has been changed.
ReplyDeleteProblem Fixed no longer recieving robot message
