Customer Service Matters

I saw this great infographic on Twitter (@brownlistdotcom) and it really made me think.

How often do you put up with poor (or non-existant) customer service from your app devs? Do you expect a response when you write an e-mail? I get the feeling that a lot of people who send me an e-mail don't expect anyone to even read it, must less response.
